If you enter via Simmonds website, www.simmonds-ltd.com [press enter] you arrive at the Simmonds Home Page
- Then select the school of your choice by clicking on the school crest or name and follow the detailed guide below
If you enter the website through a weblink from the school’s website you arrive at the School landing page for your School.
- To make a purchase click Purchase Uniform, a box on the right hand side of the screen below the Contact Box
- At the multi product screen, there is a product description & the base price is shown
- Select the product required by clicking on the photographic image
- Click the size you require
- The selling price for the garment size selected will be shown
- The delivery or stock availability comment is for the garment size selected; select the quantity you require
- Sometimes related products are detailed on the rhs of the screen available to purchase if you click the image
- Click to add to shopping cart. The cart is at the bottom right hand side of the page next to the quantity box
- Next click either continue to continue shopping, or checkout to proceed to checkout
- If you clicked continue you will be taken back to the school multi product screen
- After shopping, click checkout
- Checkout is on the main tool bar or at the bottom of the page
- Review order and noting guidance instructions on this page
- If changes to your order are made, click update
- Select FINAL CHECKOUT
- Provide user information; name, user name, email address, address, post code & telephone number
- After the first visit user information can be remembered if required for subsequent visits
- Select Continue but click once only
- Choose delivery option to either home or the school shop of your choice
- Delivery to home is chargeable and the postage price is displayed on the screen
- Please note school shops open on a part time basis and opening times differ to Tunbridge Wells [details of shopping hours can be found on the schools home page]
- Select continue but click once only
- Review your shopping cart on screen and check delivery address details
- Select continue but click once only
- Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking against the instruction
- Select Continue but click once only
- You enter a secure page; click ok
- Select language
- Select payment method by clicking on the card of your choice
- World Pay operate a debit /credit card system for payment
- Type in payment details
- Make a payment, start again or cancel purchase by clicking icon next to instruction
- An email confirming your order will be sent to you.
