SHOPPING Cornwallis Academy offers families the choice of purchasing all school specific uniform from S Simmonds & Son online at www.simmonds-ltd.com. Other non specific items of uniform may be purchased from retail outlets of your choice. NEW ENTRANTS TO CORNWALLIS ACADEMY School uniform is available to purchase online for all new and existing students entering the academy. If shopping online is not possible the school office is open from Monday to Friday between 8am and 2pm during the summer holiday (except Bank Holiday Monday) and it is possible to complete an order form and make payment by cash or debit / credit card for uniform purchases. Uniform will usually be delivered back to school within a week. Size samples of most uniform items can be viewed with the support of office staff. Once sizing is known, shopping online is ideal giving customers the freedom to shop from home or work at their leisure. Online purchases are delivered to home or the academy. Shopping online can provide a 'one stop shopping experience' for families. CUSTOMER SERVICE Shopping online is available to customers 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. The uniform prices are the same for product sold in our shops and online. Payment online is secure and Simmonds operate a credit / debit card payment system through World Pay. Delivery charges apply when goods are posted to home but are based on product size and weight in accordance with postage costs. Delivery to home is within 5 working days unless otherwise specified and delivery to the academy is weekly. and telephone helpline 01892 837202 available from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. STUDENT UNIFORM Cornwallis Academy requests that school uniform is worn at all times and that all items of equipment and uniform are clearly marked with the owner’s name.
