ONLINE OR SCHOOL SHOP?
Simmonds offer two options for purchasing school uniform at your convenience; these include online shopping and shopping at the Sutton Valence School Uniform Shop.

NEW ENTRANTS TO SUTTON VALENCE PREPARATORY SCHOOL
For reasons of sizing, advice on quantities and care labels, and in order to avoid the need for returns, we recommend that uniform for new entrants is purchased from the school shop.  During back to school appointments are available for the purchase of school uniform.
The school shop is situated within the grounds of Sutton Valance Senior School in a separate building on the right hand side as you enter the Quad.

The school uniform shop has a dedicated phone line; if phoning out of school hours please leave a message and a member of Simmonds staff will call you back.

Simmonds provide the Sutton Valence School uniform and are responsible for operating the school shop which is managed by Susan Carrick. Between July and October, the shop is open for business in school term time on Monday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am to 1.30pm.
Details of the shop opening hours during school holidays can be obtained by calling Simmonds in Tunbridge Wells, , telephoning the school shop, or by emailing the school shop sutval@simmonds-ltd.com

Please note that uniform for Sutton Valence School is not sold through Simmonds Shop in Tunbridge Wells.

SHOPPING ONLINE
Shopping online is available to customers 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
The prices are the same as shop prices and delivery is either to home. Payment online is secure and Simmonds operate a credit / debit card payment system through World Pay. Delivery charges apply and are based on product size and weight in accordance with postage costs.
Delivery is within 3 working days unless otherwise specified.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
There is a dedicated customer service email [customerservice@simmonds-ltd.com] and telephone helpline available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Calls and emails received out of hours will be answered when normal business resumes weekdays between 9.00am to 5.00pm.

STUDENT UNIFORM
A separate uniform list is available for Boys and Girls.

NAMING ALL CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEMS
All items of clothing and footwear and personal property should be clearly and permanently marked with the owner’s name. Name tapes are available from Simmonds, either as iron on or sew in, but the school prefers students to have woven name tapes where it is possible to use them.
