ONLINE OR SCHOOL SHOP?
Simmonds offer two options for purchasing school uniform at your convenience; these include online shopping and shopping at the Maplesden Noakes School Shop.
NEW ENTRANTS TO MAPLESDEN NOAKES SCHOOL
For reasons of sizing, advice on quantities and care labels, and in order to avoid the need for returns, we recommend that uniform for new entrants is purchased from the school shop. The school shop is situated within the grounds of the school buildings, in C Block, adjacent to the student dining hall. An appointments system operates for the purchase of uniform. Please book appointments by telephoning the school shop on 01622685557. If phoning out of hours please leave a message and a member of Simmonds staff will call you back to make the appointment with you or answer any queries you may have.
Simmonds provide the Maplesden Noakes School uniform and are responsible for operating the school shop which is managed by Di Donoghue. The shop is open for business during school term time on Tuesday and Thursday between 12.45pm and 2.15pm. During the summer holiday the shop opens for a selected period of time. Details of opening times can be found in the bulletin board to the top right hand side of this screen. Please note that uniform for Maplesden Noakes School is not sold through Simmonds Shop in Tunbridge Wells.
SHOPPING ONLINE
Shopping online is available to customers 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
The prices are the same as shop prices and delivery is to home. Payment online is secure and Simmonds operate a credit / debit card payment system through World Pay. Delivery charges apply but are based on product size and weight in accordance with postage costs.
Delivery is within 3 working days unless otherwise specified.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
There is a dedicated customer service email (customerservice@simmonds-ltd.com) and telephone helpline [01892 837 202] available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Calls and emails received out of hours will be answered when normal business resumes weekdays between 9.00am to 5.00pm.

- No obvious make-up worn by girls
- Jewellery is limited to a pair of plain stud earrings, no chains, bangles, sweatbands.
- Ties should be worn outside of shirts
- Boys’ shirts should be tucked inside trousers
- A school jumper, cardigan (year11 only) or blazer should be worn at all times, unless otherwise permitted
- Outdoor coats should be black or dark blue
- Hooded sweatshirts or other types of sweatshirt are not school uniform and should not be worn

NAMING ALL CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEMS All items of clothing and footwear and personal property should be clearly and permanently marked with the owner’s name. Name tapes are available from Simmonds, either as iron on or sew in. Your support and custom is appreciated and your comments regarding this website would be most welcome.
