If the skirt is of a sensible length, there is no need for trousers in cold weather. Long coats may also be worn.
The occurrence of snow is the exception. On such occasions trousers may be worn to and from school provided that students change into full and correct uniform on arrival at school.
· There is no necessity for any different kind of footwear on cold mornings.
Again, snow is the exception. In such circumstances boots which offer the advantage of deeper tread may be worn to and from school. Students must ensure that they have their school shoes with them to change into on arrival at school.
· There is no occasion when the wearing of trainers would be an advantage and so this is not permitted.
2. Cycling to and from School
